If you receive a defective product, you may return it to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in its original packaging.

Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is indeed defective. If we confirm that the product is defective, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
If the returned product is not defective or has been damaged due to misuse or negligence, we reserve the right to refuse the return and will not issue a refund.
