Refund policy

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return on defective products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All shipping fees to return the item and the original shipping fees are non refundable. We do not charge a relisting/restocking fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at customer service . If your return is accepted, we’ll send  instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancelations

 If you would like to cancel your order, contact us within 6 hours of ordering.

Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure they enter their shipping address correctly. Please contact us within 4 hours of ordering if you believe you have provided us with an incorrect address. We do our best to speed up processing times so there is a small window to correct an incorrect address.

 

Farmhouse for the Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.
